TheKingofParts.com.au delivers Australia Wide using Australia Post's delivery service. Your delivery charge is calculated based on the number of items to be dispatched, their respective weights, and your location. We will give an estimate of the freight charges prior to shipping.
How Long Does Delivery Usually Take?
All items are dispatched from Sydney NSW, after payments are cleared. Average delivery times from Sydney are listed below:
- Deliveries to Queensland take on average: 3-5 business days to arrive.
- Deliveries to New South Wales take on average: 2-4 business days to arrive.
- Deliveries to Victoria take on average: 3-5 business days to arrive.
- Deliveries to ACT take on average: 2-4 business days to arrive.
- Deliveries to South Australia take on average: 3-5 business days to arrive.
- Deliveries to Tasmania take on average: 5-7 business days to arrive.
- Deliveries to Western Australia take on average: 5-7 business days to arrive.
- Deliveries to Northern Territory take on average: 7-10 business days to arrive.
Note: These averages are based on delivery times to capital cities. Deliveries outside of these areas can take longer. We are unfortunately unable to guarantee delivery times due to inconsistent postal standards across the country. We work with Australia Post to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Absolutely, we will bring any part to the track with sufficient warning. TheKingofParts.com.au carry a wide range of spare parts at the track also for your convenience.

What happens if we are not at home to recieve your parcel ?
If you are not home to receive your delivery, a card will be placed in your letterbox advising you to collect your parcel from your local post office.
Payment:
Payment will be by means of Direct Deposit into our Account or by Credit Card, unless other means of Payment have been previously accepted. TheKingofParts.com.au does have accounts available, but all accounts issued have to be paid within 14 days from invoice date.Once funds have been received and cleared, your order is sent for processing. Accordingly, all processed orders are collected from our warehouse at approximately 9:30PM each business day.
What is your policy for returning items?
Please choose your items carefully as we do not accept refunds or exchanges. All clothing items are non-returnable unless defective or still retain original tags/packaging.
Defective Items:
Defective items must be returned to TheKingofParts.com.au within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered.
How to return your item:
Contact the TheKingofParts.com.au Customer Service team via the Contact us Link. A customer service representative will evaluate your return request, record all the necessary product return information.. The Customer Service Representative will also provide you address details of where to send your return. Send your item to the return address provided. Please ensure the item is carefully packaged to avoid damage. As soon as the return has been received, a replacement product will be shipped, or refund issued in need.
IMPORTANT: TheKingofParts.com.au must receive the return within (14) fourteen days of first initial contact. Replacement product will only be shipped after TheKingofParts.com.au has received the faulty item. If you feel that your return falls outside of our policy, then you will need to contact us.
